What is the ASTM full form?

It is one of the world’s largest international standards developing organizations, establishing and publishing consensus standards.
A group of scientists and engineers, commanded by Charles Dudley, designed ASTM in the year 1898 to address the regular rail breaks affecting the strong-growing railroad industry.
